•  Why buy unfinished furniture?

  You are purchasing real-wood, better quality furniture per dollar invested, which translates into a good value. Choose any style, color, size and configuration to match or complement your décor. You can purchase single items. It’s fun!

•  Where is the furniture made?

  Most of Superior's furniture is manufactured in factories all over the U.S. and Canada. Some of it is imported. Some factories import the parts and then assemble it in the U.S.

• What services are available?
     
  
• Special orders are welcomed.
• Delivery within a 50 mile trading area for a nominal charge. The guys will bring it in and set it up.
• Custom finishing. Pick a color from our huge sample choices or bring in a door, drawer, whatever and our expert finishers will match it.
   
•  Is the furniture assembled?

Most of our furniture is already assembled. We offer an assembly service for those items that need assembly.
 
We usually recommend the furniture be assembled before it is finished because it is easier work on it put together.

•  Is it hard to finish furniture?

  Finishing includes a little sanding, staining, and clear coating. A typical project requires no more than a couple of hours of actual work time. Since stain and clear coat steps need drying time, the entire process can be completed over a weekend.
    
  We have great finishing directions on this website. Stop into the store or call for personal finishing help. We also have an excellent 8 minute video for you to watch in the store that has great instructions.

•  How long does it take to special order something?

  Every supplier has different lead times, but in general a special order will arrive in about 4 to 6 weeks. A 20% deposit is required to special order.

•  Do you have layaway?

  20% down will hold your purchase for a month. Pay 20% per month after that until it’s all paid.

•  Do you have financing?

  We have 90 days same as cash financing. It’s a very easy, short application that takes 15 minutes to get an approval. You must make a minimum monthly payment but if you pay it off within 90 days, there is no interest charge.

•  How long does it take if Superior does the finishing for me?

  On average it takes three weeks. Some times of the year like Christmas it gets busier and it may take a little longer.
